How it Works.
1. We develop a pre-interview and review it together to make sure that we capture all the key talking points of your JobPod.
2. We call you and conduct the interview. It usually take anywhere from 10-30 minutes. All the while, we are recording this interview as an audio file (MP3) suitable for placement on Local JobPods.
3. Your JobPod is then posted on our website and is then immediately available for online listening. At the end of each podcast, we direct job seekers to your career page (or job board) to apply for the jobs they heard about.
4. We send you a copy to use on your own career portal / website.
5. Over the following 24-48 hours your JobPod is fed to our podcast distribution channels.
